The Role:
* Motivate the team and lead by example as a Food & Beverage Supervisor
* Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in smooth department operations
* Support and deliver training to develop team skills and knowledge
* Maintain a visible presence to promptly respond to customer requests and resolve complaints effectively
* Handle guest complaints with friendliness and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the guest experience
* Continuously develop knowledge and skills for best practice service
* Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures and standards within the hotel
* Maintain strong knowledge of hotel products, food & beverage, and auditing procedures
* Prepare the department for upcoming business and service days
* Communicate and cooperate with all departments
* Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations, reporting hazards or incidents
