Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and delivery of marketing strategies aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and insights within the stoma care and healthcare landscape.
Administer and maintain mailing lists for targeted campaigns, ensuring GDPR compliance.
Assist in creating and managing marketing content through digital and offline content channels including adverts, blogs, brochures, flyers, social media posts and email campaigns.
Coordinate and manage sample requests, tracking uptake and working with sales teams to promote product adoption.
Support product launches, from packaging concepts to promotional campaigns incorporating both healthcare professional and end-user engagement strategies.
Help ensure brand consistency across all materials.
Coordinate promotional activities, events and outreach activities.
Generate actionable insights from marketing activities to inform commercial strategy and drive revenue opportunities.
Assist with the management and updating of the company website and online store.
Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Degree and or relevant experience
Confident with Canva/Adobe and Microsoft Office
Creative, organised and detail focused.
Proactive and able to take initiative to drive ideas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Approachable and friendly with a dedication to provide a high level of care and support in all customer interactions.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with digital marketing and social media management.
Familiarity with Hubspot as email marketing platform and CRM system.
Knowledge of SEO and online advertising.
Interest in using data and insights to improve marketing performance.
Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.
