About this Position: Lead Designer – CMF is a senior automotive design role focused on developing innovative Colour, Materials and Finish solutions for future vehicle programmes. The position sits within a creative design function and will support the development of high-quality concepts that combine innovation, craftsmanship, sustainability and production feasibility. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and external partners, the role will involve shaping design proposals across 2D, 3D and digital formats, supporting projects from early concept through to development, and presenting ideas to senior stakeholders.
