Receptionist
Rowley Hall Hospital - Stafford
30 Hours Per Week
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional individual who will have an understanding of good customer care to join our team.
This position comprises face to face contact with patients, consultants, all hospital departments and members of the public, telephone contact with patients.
Where you'll be based:
Rowley Hall Hospital is one of Staffordshire's leading private hospitals, part of Ramsay Health Care UK, one of the leading independent healthcare providers in England.
The hospital is a Georgian listed building in five acres of Rowley Park, opened in 1987 has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for patients with health insurance, patients who are self-funding treatment or NHS patients exercising choice through the e-referral system.
What you'll bring with you:
1. Proven experience in administration and customer service
2. Hospital experience preferred, but not essential
3. Keyboard Skills
4. Good attention to detail and accuracy
5. The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
6. Strong communication skill
7. A flexible and positive attitude
