A global organisation is seeking an experienced HR professional to cover a maternity leave in a UK-based management role. This is a contract of 12 months, offering a unique opportunity to lead and deliver a portfolio of impactful HR projects within a complex, international business.
This position will take ownership of a range of HR operations and employee relations initiatives, with a focus on:
* Leading process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
* Supporting organisational change through effective project delivery.
* Providing specialist HR expertise, including policy updates and employee case support.
* Overseeing data, reporting, and analytics to inform business planning.
* Delivering communications, training, and resources to enhance the employee experience.
The Requirements
We are looking for a forward-thinking, results-oriented HR leader with a proven ability to deliver projects that create measurable impact. You will bring:
* Strong experience in HR operations and/or employee relations.
* Demonstrated success in project management and process improvement.
* Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge (experience with data tools advantageous).
* The ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels.
* A customer-focused mindset and growth-oriented approach.
* CIPD qualification and experience within a large, global organisation will be an advantage, as will exposure to workplace investigations.
