The Role
* Manage a high‑volume and varied caseload of residential property instructions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re‑mortgages of both registered and unregistered land.
* Meet multiple tight deadlines and deliver a consistently high standard of client care.
* Help manage the team in the absence of the Head of Department.
Skills Required
* 5+ years experience within residential property.
* Applications welcomed from both solicitors and ILEX.
* Self‑motivated and highly organised.
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Strong communication and IT skills are essential.
* Previous supervisory or management experience would be advantageous.
