Our client delivers high-profile RC Frame construction projects, including hotels, student accommodation, offices and luxury residential developments. The Role You will join the Aftercare Team, taking responsibility for planning, coordinating and supervising snagging and maintenance works, with a strong focus on Passive Fire Protection. You will oversee site operatives and subcontractors, ensuring all works are completed safely, on programme and within budget, while meeting the highest quality standards.
