Job Description Job Title Programme Manager Working Pattern Full time (37 hours) Working location/whether it is Hybrid Bristol or Derby or Hybrid (minimum 3 days on site) What you will be doing We’re looking for a Programme Manager to join the Enablers team within Defence Early Lifecycle programmes. The successful candidate will be act as the integrator for activities across the Enablers scope of work identify and deploying programme management control and governance, acting as a servant leader to increase team effectiveness. You’ll be accountable for end-to-end delivery and in doing see bring stakeholders both inside Rolls-Royce and potentially outside our business with you on the change journey. Responsibilities You’ll be working with partners, both internal and external, to define and deliver capability programmes that make a difference for our people. You will: Integrate financial & resource planning with operational delivery in line with customer requirements to ensure mobilisation to cost, time and specification. Establish the appropriate governance and controls to deliver project or programme outcomes representing the Enablers team at internal governance forums. Embed risk and opportunity management across the Enablers scope of work. Act as the relationship manager for Enablers Programme activity with our National and International Partners. Develop and own business cases to enable investment in future capability projects or programmes that will unlock programme value. Ensure that delivery of capability is coupled with a clear change management plan to drive user adoption and engagement to maximise business return. Why Rolls-Royce?
