I'm looking for a Sales and Reservations Manager to join the team at one of Birmingham's most exciting competitive socialising venues.
This is a energy, experience led socialising venue with a competitive twist. Think games, great drinks, lively vibes, and groups coming together to celebrate, compete, and connect.
The role of Sales & Reservations Manager is to take ownership of bookings, boost revenue, and help create unforgettable experiences for every guest who walks through the doors.

The Role:
Managing all incoming enquiries for group bookings, private events, and general reservations.
Driving sales by identifying opportunities, upselling packages, and building relationships with new and existing clients.
Working closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth handovers and brilliant guest experiences.
Using the CRM system to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on KPIs.
Building a network of corporate and agency contacts to drive repeat business.
Maintaining high standards of service and attention to detail in every interaction.
Leading and supporting the reservations team to ensure consistent delivery and performance.
You:
You have experience in sales, events, or reservations-ideally within hospitality, leisure, or the events industry.
You're confident, proactive, and thrive on building strong relationships.
You're commercially minded, target-driven, and comfortable picking up the phone or chasing a lead.
You're highly organised and efficient, with experience using booking systems and CRM tools.
You're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
