A long-established, award-winning regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ+ PQE) to join its growing Real Estate team in Shrewsbury. Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
* Advise landlords, tenants, developers, and investors on:
* Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
* Drafting and negotiating leases, assignments, and renewals
* Development projects, site acquisitions, and plot sales
* Secured lending and refinancing transactions
* Option agreements and overage arrangements
* Conduct title investigations and due diligence
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering clear and pragmatic advice
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments and support junior team members
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with experience in commercial property
* Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and client care skills
* Commercially aware with a proactive and organised approach
* A team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment
