As part of the ongoing expansion of the RSK Group, we are looking for a Corporate Lawyer with at least 4 years PQE to join our extremely busy in‑house legal team. Candidates looking for full‑time (40 hours per week) or part‑time (24–30 hours per week) will be considered, with flexible working arrangements available.
RSK Group is a leading environmental, engineering and technical services business headquartered in the UK, with an established presence in more than 40 countries.
This role offers an opportunity for a lawyer with a strong background in M&A to move client side and advise on corporate acquisitions, supporting our businesses in the UK and internationally.
Person Specification
* Qualified lawyer with at least 4 years PQE.
* Background in corporate law, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
* International experience desirable but not essential.
* Adaptable, keen eye for detail, understanding of commerciality, thriving with a varied workload.
