Santander Consumer Finance (SCUK) is one of the UK’s leading motor finance companies. We are currently seeking a Data Administration Team Leader to join our Data Access & Commissions department on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
In this key role, you will deliver high service standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will support and guide your team, handle customer contacts via various channels including DSARs and complaints, and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service and professional growth.
Working hours: Shift pattern either 09:00-17:00 or 12:00-20:00.
Key responsibilities:
1. Monitoring and reporting on team performance metrics such as quality, adherence, and attitude.
2. Developing and managing effective processes.
3. Resolving daily management issues.
4. Coaching team members for outstanding service.
5. Enhancing service quality by reducing errors and maintaining standards.
6. Identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.
7. Maintaining KPIs for approximately 10 team members.
8. Collaborating with other departments for seamless operations.
9. Supporting the Oversight Manager.
10. Upholding SCUK’s values and culture.
11. Responding to trends and managing individual cases confidently.
12. Escalating risks per risk policies and regulatory guidelines.
Candidate requirements:
1. Management experience in a contact centre or financial services.
2. Initiative in resolving complex queries and complaints.
3. Effective communication skills.
4. Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. High attention to detail and quality standards.
7. Excellent written communication skills.
8. Planning and organizational skills.
9. Receptiveness to change.
