Accountant (Newly Qualified)
Role Function
* Assisting in preparing monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
* Support budgeting, cash forecasting, and financial planning processes
* Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately and on time
* Assist with statutory accounts preparation and audit processes
* Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support business decision-making
* Maintain and improve financial controls and processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and commercial objectives
* Assist with tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, Customs declarations etc) where required
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
The Person
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA)
* 1-2 years' post-qualification experience, preferably within industry
* Strong technical accounting knowledge
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excited to work in a constantly evolving business environment, where growth and strong employee led culture is central and of key priority
