Foster Care Associates (FCA) is on the lookout for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Full-Time Referrals Officer to join our inspirational team in Bridgend. Your Role

As a Referrals Officer, you will:



* Manage referrals from local authorities, ensuring placements are matched according to children's needs.


* Utilize your initiative to find creative solutions for foster placement requests.


* Serve as the first point of contact between local authorities, foster families, and social workers.


* Develop positive relationships through effective communication, both written and face-to-face.




What We’re Looking For

We seek someone who is:



* Friendly with a big personality and excellent communication skills.


* Organized and detail-oriented, with strong administrative abilities.


* Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.


* Previous experience in children's services is a plus, but not essential.




Working Conditions

This is a full-time, office-based position in Bridgend, with the flexibility to work from home as part of our hybrid model. You will have the opportunity to connect with colleagues across the country, including visits to our Abergele office.
