Job Responsibilities
1. Unload deliveries, check off from delivery notes, and book into stock, creating transport tasks.
2. Complete stock put-aways and replenishments inside and outside in the yard.
3. Pick, check, and prepare internal customer orders (Sample Orders & Fabrication), potentially using Voice Recognition System in the future.
4. Pick, check, and prepare customer orders for Building Services, Effast, Domus, and International, ensuring high standards and error-free presentation within Warehouse and Yard areas using Voice Recognition System.
5. Complete documentation to a high standard, especially for International Customer Orders.
6. Create delivery notes from picked goods, ensuring quantities match documentation for loading or collection.
7. Create delivery labels with correct addresses, contact details, and references for recognition by us and the forwarder.
8. Repack inbound products in advance of stock location.
9. Report stock discrepancies to Stock Controllers and assist in resolving them promptly to avoid service delays.
10. Obtain all requested MHE licenses, including working at height if required.
11. Gain introduction and overview of IFS system.
12. Support the achievement and continuous improvement of OTIF to a target of 92.5% and reduce RMA’s.
13. Communicate operational issues to the Leadership Team.
14. Complete all SSW and TBT as required.
15. Maintain high standards of housekeeping in all operational areas.
16. Support a culture of continuous improvement throughout the operation.
17. Perform any additional warehouse tasks as requested.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday, flexible hours between 10am - 7pm.
