Estate Manager - South Yorkshire
About the Opportunity
We're recruiting for an Estate Manager to join a prestigious, family-owned rural estate located in South Yorkshire. This is a unique chance to work across a diverse portfolio of agricultural, residential, and commercial properties, as well as supporting hospitality and farming operations.
The Role
This is a hands-on position with responsibility for:
1. Day-to-day estate management and maintenance
2. Overseeing lettings, rent reviews, and tenancy matters
3. Managing property compliance, health & safety, and improvement projects
4. Handling planning applications, grants, and renewables
5. Responding to emergencies and acting as an ambassador for the estate
You'll work closely with the management team to ensure the estate runs efficiently and maintains its high standards.
What We're Looking For
6. Experience in estate management (RICS or CAAV membership preferred)
7. Strong organisational and communication skills
8. Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
9. IT proficiency, including mapping/GIS
10. Full UK driving licence
