Vacancy Details:
1. Available as soon as possible.
2. Notice periods considered
3. Part-time: 1–4 days per week
4. Surgery space Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
5. Tuesday mornings also available.
Remuneration and Benefits:
6. Mixed NHS and Private list.
7. Negotiable UDA target at £13 – £14 per UDA.
8. 50% split on Private.
9. Affluent area with high earning Private potential.
10. Opportunity to offer Private Fee Per Item and Plan in addition to NHS.

12. 3-surgery practice.

14. Support from Hygienist and qualified Nurse

Requirements:
17. GDC registered Dentist
18. Active Performer Number
19. Enhanced DBS certificate
