Cover Supervisor – KS3 / KS4
Location: Worksop & surrounding areas
Pay: Up to £600 per week (dependent on experience)
Availability: Minimum 3 days per week
Driving: Drivers preferred (access to a car highly desirable)

Connex Education is working in partnership with a range of secondary schools across the Worksop area to support their day-to-day and short-term supply needs. This flexible role is ideal for individuals seeking regular work of at least three days per week, with opportunities for additional days depending on availability.

Role Responsibilities
As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee KS3 and KS4 classes in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain on task and follow pre-set lesson plans. Start dates are staggered, and once compliance checks are complete, work can begin immediately. This role offers flexibility while providing consistent and reliable work for those available three or more days per week.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (e.g. education, sports coaching, youth work, mentoring)
* Confidence supervising pupils aged 11–16 (KS3 / KS4)
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A reliable, flexible, and adaptable approach
* An enthusiastic, motivated, and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
* The ability to commute to Worksop and surrounding areas (drivers preferred)
