Customer Service Administrator:
Salary: Up to £25k depending on experience
Dartford
Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5pm. NO WEEKENDS !!

We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a UK industry leader who are continuously growing! In this role, you will be responsible for receiving telephone calls, taking orders, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also play a vital role in assisting customers with access to our client's products and directing them to the appropriate departments when needed. If you are a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, this position is perfect for you!
Duties:
1. Efficiently answer customer calls, ensuring a positive and professional telephone manner
2. Process customer orders received via email or fax, inputting them into the order processing system and seeing them through to completion
3. Assist customers with placing orders and provide guidance on stock availability
4. Ensure orders are dispatched on time and delivered to customer satisfaction
5. Take ownership of customer queries, complaints, and concerns, recording all activities to ensure a swift resolution
6. Collaborate with logistics colleagues to address any delivery or dispatch issues
7. Carry out other general office duties as required
Do you have the following? :
8. Previously experience in a fast paced customer service role
9. Strong IT skills
10. Have the ability to manage complaints
11. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
