About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Strategy Manager for a 12-month contract to support a leading company in precision measurement and industrial technology. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives, providing data-driven insights, and working closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver high-impact strategy engagements across two of the key business areas.
* Develop and execute strategic frameworks to assess market opportunities, competitive positioning, and operational efficiencies.
* Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
* Conduct in-depth market analysis, financial modelling, and scenario planning to support decision-making.
* Identify and evaluate potential growth opportunities, including M&A, partnerships, and new market entry strategies.
* Support business transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with our clients' long-term vision and goals.
* Prepare and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, ideally within industrial technology, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in Strategy, Market Entry, Growth & Performance Improvement initiatives.
* Track record of successfully managing and delivering complex strategy projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
* Highly adaptable, proactive, and results-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
* Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred but not essential.
