Temporary Support Workers Needed! We are looking for Temporary Support Workers to work for our clients in the Devizes area! Are you an empathetic, motivated individual, with a passion to make a difference in people's lives? Do you have at least 6 months' experience in the Care industry? Are you looking for a fully flexible role that works around you? The Role! Working for Care Connection as an Agency Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of supported living services in the Wiltshire area. At this particular service you will be supporting two gentlemen with learning difficulties. Set very close to the town centre, this service is ideally situated to enable the service users to access all that this small town has to offer. You will have a can-do attitude and be able to adapt to the different services you will be attending. You will promote choice as your number one priority, and you will support each individual to achieve their dreams and be as independent as possible. You will understand that each individual will have varying needs, and you will adjust your support accordingly, following support plans to enable you to be able to deliver high-quality person-centred care to the individuals you support to enable them to live as they choose. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in each individuals lives, whether you are assisting with personal care, helping with their daily routines or assisting to go shopping and access the community. This is a Temporary Role where you can pick and choose your own hours around your own availability. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship.
