We are currently recruiting a Part-Time Receptionist (22 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday) to work across three Reception points on our Talbot and Lansdowne Campuses. This role is based in some of our flagship, modern buildings and offers a varied and engaging working environment.
As a key member of the Reception Team, you will play an important role in welcoming staff, students, and visitors from around the world, delivering a professional and high-quality customer service experience to everyone who comes on site.
Your responsibilities will include assisting visitors and helping them navigate the campuses and buildings, managing front-of-house and switchboard duties, responding to access control enquiries, reporting security issues, and handling a wide range of reception-related queries.
This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your communication and customer service skills while working in a busy environment that requires strong multitasking abilities and teamwork.
The role is uniformed, and branded clothing will be provided. The post holder will rotate between the Talbot and Lansdowne Campuses. Working hours will be either 08:00–16:30 or 08:30–17:00, depending on the reception point allocated for that week.
