Responsibilities
* Support the Exec / Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
* Help create and develop new dishes and menus
* Prepare, cook and present high-quality food within your section
* Assist with ordering and managing stock, while controlling costs
* Lead, train, and mentor junior chefs in the brigade
* Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety standards
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen
* A strong team player who leads by example and stays calm under pressure
* Great attention to detail and consistently high standards
