Dental Receptionist – Erith
We are currently seeking two experienced Dental Receptionists to join a well‑established mixed dental practice based in Erith. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly and professional team within a busy 4‑surgery practice.
Position Details
* Employment Type: Full‑Time
* Practice Type: Mixed (4 surgeries)
* Days: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays
* Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00 – 18:00; Saturdays 09:00 – 15:00
Dentistry Focus
General / Prosthodontics / Endodontics
Key Responsibilities
* Managing patient appointments and schedules
* Handling patient queries (in person & over the phone)
* Maintaining accurate patient records using Exact software
* Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice
Requirements
* Previous dental reception experience is essential
* Strong knowledge of Exact dental software
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Friendly, professional, and patient‑focused approach
Salary: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour (DOE).
