We are looking for talented, dedicated and motivated people to come and join us as a Welder/Fabricator, constructing our products at our 20,000sq ft factory as part of our high-trained and dedicated manufacturing team.
Responsibilities:
· Interpret technical drawings and specifications to fabricate components accurately
· Precision use of MIG welding sets on mild, stainless steel and aluminium, ensuring strong and clean welds
· Programming of welding set to suitable specification
· Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
· Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications
· Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
· Provide assistance in troubleshooting mechanical issues related to fabrication processes
Experience:
· 5 years' minimum experience in MIG welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
· Experience in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively
· Good mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and schematics
Pay is from £16 per hour with uplifts applied for overtime hours worked.
Employees start with a holiday entitlement of 22 days exclusive of bank holidays, and an auto-enrolment pension, as well as a corporate gym membership.
