At Practice Plus Group, our pharmacy teams ensure medicines optimization is embedded into everyday practice. The primary focus of the work will be to provide a dispensary and wing-based clinical pharmacy service and collaborate with the Lead Pharmacist in offering medicines management support to various wings within HMP Bure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high-quality prison pharmaceutical service.
* Working closely with the Head of Healthcare and the multidisciplinary team to ensure contractual obligations are met.
* Providing daily expert advice on pharmaceutical matters.
* Ensuring the delivery of a safe yet modern medicines management service to prisoners.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Registered Pharmacist with relevant qualifications and licensure.
* Previous experience in a clinical pharmacy setting, preferably within a secure environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services.
