Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using internal accounting software Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and VAT returns Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies Process invoices and ensure timely payment of suppliers Maintain financial documentation for audits and compliance Record cash receipts, manage petty cash, and handle bank deposits Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and annual budgets Provide general administrative and clerical support across various business entities Experience and Skills: Minimum 5 years' experience in a bookkeeping or accounting Comfortable working in a bespoke or cloud-based accounting system Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a varied workload independently and across different locations (if needed) Personal Attributes: Honest, analytical, and self-motivated Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Highly organised with strong attention to detail Professional and discreet - able to handle confidential financial information Eager to learn and grow into a senior finance role over time What's on Offer The chance to join a fast-growing, creative business Exposure to a high-net-worth individual and his portfolio of ventures Long-term growth prospects toward a Finance Manager position A supportive and entrepreneurial working environment
