A look into the role
As a Business Development Director, you will:
* Work with the national marketing team and business leaders on the firm-wide business development strategy for the mid-market sector.
* Identify and nurture potential client relationships and opportunities.
* Collaborate across sectors, regions, and service lines to drive market penetration.
* Engage prospective clients through effective communication and presentations to showcase our services and value proposition.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers to enhance market presence.
* Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish strategic partnerships.
* Prepare reports and presentations on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.

To join us as a Business Development Director, you should have a proven track record in business development within a B2B environment at the C-Suite level in the UK. Skills that would be beneficial include:
* Experience in lead generation, sales, and targeting cold prospects.
