Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and accounting/credit control support and directly manage Admin Assistants/Receptionists.
* Ensure all client files and accounts are prepared, issued, updated, and maintained in line with company policy and regulatory/statutory requirements; promote timely payment and proactively follow up outstanding debt.
* Liaise with the Payroll Department, prepare reports, process staff information, reconcile staff hours, and have experience in sales & purchase, petty cash, and bank reconciliation.
* Prepare detailed staffing and payroll reports for the General Manager and support staff; maintain staff records in the staff hours system, recruit staff, create new employee files, maintain staff files and record staff sickness, holidays and leavers.
* Possess excellent IT skills, knowledge of Excel, and confidence in using various internal IT systems and processes.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience as a Business Administrator with competent finance skills.
* Knowledge of accounts systems.
* Proficiency in Excel and internal IT systems.
