Job Summary
We are seeking a Part Time Sales Assistant to join our fitted furniture showroom in Chester. This position is ideal for students, retirees, or anyone looking for flexible, part-time work. The role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, maintaining the showroom, and supporting the sales team. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Retail experience is preferred but not required. Duties and Responsibilities:
* Greet customers as they enter the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
* Answer telephone calls, addressing customer enquiries.
* Book appointments for the sales representative, ensuring accurate scheduling.
* Maintain a clean and organised showroom, ensuring all displays are well-presented.
* Report daily activities, customer feedback to head office.
* Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product information and enquiries.
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 21 per week
