We are looking for a specialist, experienced, dedicated SEN teacher to lead our Additionally Resourced Centre for complex needs autism and severe learning difficulties. The ARC lead will manage and lead a team of staff and share, support, advice and strong SEND knowledge. The lead will liaise with the senior leadership team to ensure the ARC meets the needs of each pupil.
