Overview
Aspire People are currently seeking an SEND Teaching Assistant to join our schools in Louth. This is a 1:1 role supporting children with additional needs in the classroom. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with a daily rate of 95-104 (dependent on experience and qualifications). Start date: ASAP.
Role Highlights

Responsibilities
* Work closely with the SENCO and support staff to design and implement learning schemes for pupils with additional learning needs
* Adapt resources to cater for individual learning styles and promote independent learning
* Be a positive role model to students and set appropriate targets to boost confidence and self-esteem
Requirements / Qualifications
* Good knowledge of Special Educational Needs such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs and behavioural disorders to support pupils effectively
