As part of our team, you'll have access to a wide range of opportunities across Primary, Secondary, and SEND settings, with flexible day-to-day supply work as well as short-term and long-term teaching placements. This allows you to gain valuable experience in different schools and year groups before deciding on a permanent role. You'll be supported throughout your journey by a dedicated consultant who will be on hand from registration through to placement and beyond. We also offer access to our Guaranteed Pay Scheme for suitable candidates (subject to availability and qualifying criteria), alongside FREE CPD and training opportunities to support your professional development. In addition, you'll benefit from weekly pay through our in-house Payroll team using the PAYE system, pension contributions (subject to a qualifying period), and full compliance with AWR (Agency Workers' Regulations) to ensure you receive the pay and working conditions you're entitled to.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Early Career Teacher position, you will:
1. Be completing or have recently completed your teacher training
2. Hold, or be on track to achieve, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
3. Be passionate about making a positive impact on young people's education
4. Have excellent communication and classroom management skills
5. Be committed to ongoing learning and professional development
