Supervising the front-of-house operations in a warm, welcoming country inn offering quality accommodation, locally sourced food, and traditional pub charm. Trusted to lead service across both the restaurant and hotel reception, delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading the front-of-house team during busy service hours, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Delivering a high standard of customer service in a friendly and familiar environment.
*
Training and mentoring new FOH staff to uphold service standards.
*
Managing bookings, table plans, and coordination with the kitchen.
*
Handling cashing up, daily reports, and assisting with stock control and orders.
*
Supporting the pub manager with events, seasonal promotions, and team rotas.
Skills Gained:

As a Front of House Team Leader, you will need to be able to demonstrate passion and energy to develop team members resulting in focussed customer service and exceptional standards.

We own a collection of beautiful and individual premium pubs across Southern England. Our pubs are in idyllic settings in country villages and towns, where we are proud to be the quality local of the area, serving high quality fresh pub food in a cozy pub ambience. Most of our pubs have some Charming Bedrooms as well. New to our growing family is Harper’s Steakhouse, a new premium American Steakhouse brand that we started rolling out last year.
