Role Description
The Residential Programme Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential life at Fitzwilliam College, ensuring a safe, accommodating, and welcoming environment for students. Responsibilities include managing residential facilities, coordinating activities and support services, addressing student concerns, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Collaboration with the wider college community and staff is essential to enhance the residential experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Cambridge Area.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and project management skills for overseeing residential operations and coordinating activities
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to address student needs and collaborate with staff and faculty
* Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to manage student concerns, enforce regulations, and maintain facilities
* Experience in residential life management, hospitality, or student services is an advantage
* A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive community environment
* Ability to work on-site in the Greater Cambridge Area
* A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
