About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented experience finance professional to lead and oversee financial control activities across multiple business units, including Operate, EMS, and Offshore. This role involves consolidation of month-end processes, financial reporting, forecasting, and business partnering, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

What Your Days Will Look Like

* Month-End Financial Control - Lead month-end processes including high-value journal computation, oversight of lower-value journals, and delivery of reporting and variance analysis to the Senior Manager.
* WIP and Compliance Oversight - Conduct monthly reviews with the WIP team in Operate, manage HMRC reporting, and monitor staff entertainment expenses for compliance.
* Audit and Financial Queries - Respond to audit and financial control queries and provide quarterly commentary on net investment confirmations, prepayments, and accruals.
* Occupancy Cost Management - Own occupancy cost analysis, including variance reporting and collaboration with Operations and Infrastructure teams to monitor space usage and cost efficiency.
* Offshore Financial Control - Oversee offshore journal postings, reconciliations, and quarterly actual vs budget corrections for Senior Manager review.
* Offshore Investment Reporting - Develop and maintain a monthly offshore reporting dashboard, calculate offshore P&L cost journals, and lead budget setting for offshore cost rates.
* Forecasting Responsibilities - Own the weekly mid-month re-forecasting process across ~20 cost ledgers, covering areas such as technology, immigration, and continuing education.
* Business Partnering Activities - Facilitate monthly partnering sessions with Enablement and EMS teams, and lead Technology business partnering including dashboard preparation and commentary.

This Role Is For You If

* You are a qualified accountant
* Proven experience in financial control, reporting, and forecasting.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
* Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
* Experience in managing offshore finance operations is desirable.
