The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury, to join us as a Sales Consultant in our Guildford store. This is a part-time opportunity, working 14 hours per week.

As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalized selling approach, you will see the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial customer experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. Alongside this, you will assist the team with general store-related tasks, including stock management, cleaning, and replenishment.

What we are looking for

We seek individuals with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a positive, can-do attitude. You should have high personal grooming standards, a passion for luxury, and the ability to champion our brand values. You must work well in a team, be motivated to achieve store and personal KPI’s, and have flexibility in your working arrangements to meet business needs.
