Service Manager Location: Kilmarnock, KA1 4DA Hours: 42 per week, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE) We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Service Manager to support the running of our clients busy Service Centre in Kilmarnock. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Support in the day-to-day management of the Service Centre team, ensuring performance is maximised in line with company policies. Ensure compliance with all contract administration procedures. Coach, motivate and develop your team to achieve excellence. Oversee Health & Safety practices, ensuring all processes and activities meet regulations. Maintain the highest standards of customer care, service, and product quality. Deputise for the Service Centre Manager in their absence. Skills & Experience: Previous supervisory experience, ideally within hire or a fast-paced industry (desirable but not essential). Strong communication and organisational skills. IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Practical knowledge of Health & Safety at work.
