Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role The Telesales Coordinator will be responsible for proactively engaging with customers over the phone to promote and sell our wide range of roofing and construction products. The primary objective will be to generate sales leads, build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets by effectively communicating product features, benefits and pricing information. They will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base across all regions.
Responsibilities
* Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and qualifies leads based on their needs and purchasing potential. Utilises various lead generation techniques to build a robust sales pipeline.
* Develop sales and profitability from the existing customers within the territory and to attract new business.
* Present and articulate the features, benefits and unique selling points to potential customers effectively communicate pricing, discounts and promotions to drive sales.
* Establish and maintains strong customer relationships through regular follow-up calls. Provides accurate and timely information regarding product availability delivery schedules and order status.
* Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
* Utilise customer relationship management (Sales-i) software to track sales activities, leads and customer interactions. Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, sales opportunities and sales forecasts
* Collaborate with the sales team, customer service representatives and other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Prepare regular sales reports and provides manager with timely updates on sales performance, challenges and opportunities
* Qualifications
* To have proven experience in telesales or telephone-based sales roles, preferably in the roofing or construction Industry
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to prioritise own workload and work under own initiative.
* Outstanding Interpersonal & organisational skills
