If so, this Junior Artworker role could be the perfect next step for you. About the role As a Junior Artworker, you’ll be responsible for producing and delivering marketing and POS materials for our global cruise line clients. You’ll create artwork for retail campaigns, signage and onboard visuals, making sure everything is accurate, on brand and print-ready. You’ll work closely with our Marketing team, support colleagues in Sydney and Miami, and liaise with printers, agencies and remote artworkers to ensure projects are delivered smoothly around the world. Alongside the creative work, you’ll manage the flow of artwork jobs from start to finish - this includes logging and tracking projects, raising purchase orders, updating signage databases and sample directories, and keeping visual libraries up to date. You’ll make sure printed materials reach ships on time, follow up on any queries from colleagues or onboard teams, and keep managers informed on progress. Our Junior Artworker position is a hands-on role where your eye for detail and organisational skills will make a real difference. The role is based in Avonmouth on a hybrid basis, with two days a week in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday). About you You’ll be confident using Adobe Creative Suite on Mac, with strong layout and typesetting skills and the ability to produce print-ready artwork. You’ll also be able to create simple promotional designs when needed, always working with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and organisational skills are important, as is the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines. Solid file management and housekeeping skills will help you keep projects running smoothly.
