Arco, the UK's leading integrated health and safety experts, are now recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to play a pivotal role at our National Distribution Centre in Hull. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will manage and lead a team of up to 25 Operatives to achieve daily objectives for a specific area of the operation (Goods Receipt - Inbound) which leads to the overall achievement of the warehouse function. You'll play a key role in continuous improvement, always looking for ways we can improve our National Distribution Centre, whilst managing and improving the performance of your team. The shift pattern for the role is rotational between 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday, with no contractual weekend or bank holiday working.
