We are looking for a Restaurant Floor Manager to work across our Restaurants and be responsible for supervising our team of passionate and enthusiastic Waiters and Bartenders as they cater to our guests’ needs.
You’ll engage and motivate the team to ensure that anyone who enters your restaurant leaves feeling delighted by the experience that they have had and excited about coming back.
In order to be successful in your application with us, you’ll need to possess a range of core skills, including;
* Having a proven background in restaurant management or supervision, desirably (but not essentially) in a luxury environment.
* Experience of leading a small team and supporting their well being and future development. Also the ability to manage performance and ensure that the high standards of our teams are being met consistently.
* Experience in creating customer service journeys which exceed expectations and leave diners excited to return.
* Excellent communications skills, with a great command of the English language (both written and spoken)
* An advanced understanding of health and safety and food hygiene requirements.
