🕘 Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm
Carrik Care is looking for a Booking Coordinator to join our growing team.
You will play a key role in coordinating nurses and healthcare assistants to cover shifts across nursing homes and healthcare providers. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone organised, proactive, and great at communicating with people.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate daily and weekly staffing bookings
• Communicate with clients to confirm staffing needs
• Allocate shifts and manage rotas efficiently
• Handle urgent and last-minute cover requests
• Maintain accurate booking and timesheet records
• Support payroll and compliance teams
What We’re Looking For
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Confident with IT systems and email
• Experience in scheduling, recruitment, or coordination (preferred)
