We are currently recruiting aMaster Data Specialist within the Durbin PLC. This is a permanentposition and an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking todevelop their career within a dynamic, fast-paced environment atthe Centre of a growing business.
Thesuccessful candidate must be able to work effectively in a rapidlychanging environment and meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines.They will receive and review master data requests from Businessusers and update target systems (ERP, WMS etc.) accordingly. Theywill also develop a full understanding of our Master DataDictionary, processes & procedures ensuring data accuracyand compliance with all regulatory obligations. Data modelling andvisualization activities driving optimum data consistency will alsobe a key success factor in our near-term transition program forboth ERP and WMS platforms.
MainDuties &Responsibilities
* Liaisewith the business on the development and implementation of robustmaster data and nomenclatureprocesses.
* Accountable for completing MasterData activities within required timelines, always ensuring accuracy& minimizing the impact oferrors.
* Participation in key projects &duties as defined by the business - data cleansing, systemdevelopment etc.
* Assist with the training ofbusiness units on Master Data processes (content, quality &governance).
* Seek opportunities to continuouslyimprove the existing Master Data processes andtools.
* Operate in a proactive manner complyingwith Company procedures.
* Proactively highlightany issues around Master Data quality, compliance &governance.
* Contribute towards businessobjectives in line with the overall businessstrategy.
* Work closely with Business Unit& Project teams to ensure optimum Master Data quality& efficiency
QUALIFICATION,EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSREQUIRED
* Excellent PCskills, including Excel, Word & PowerPointetc.
* Medicines knowledge, previous experiencein a retail or hospital setting a distinctadvantage.
* Extremely competent with MicrosoftExcel - formulas & macro'setc.
* Knowledge of ERPs and other ITsystems
* Good planning & organizingskills with good time management.
* Stronganalytical skills with proven problem-solving ability in a busy,fast-moving environment

This role will be based in ouroffice in Hayes where a flexible hybrid working model is alsoavailable.
