Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the HR function and wider business to identify business objectives, shape reporting needs and deliver forward-looking workforce analytics Design, enhance and monitor Workday reporting capabilities ensuring data quality and alignment with the firms reporting framework. Convert employee data into concise, senior-level insights through compelling data storytelling and visualisations using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint Own the delivery of Business As Usual reporting, analytics, and dashboards, ensuring consistent accuracy and timely execution. Provide responsive ad hoc reporting and analytics to support People initiatives, external surveys, audits, and client-facing requests. What will you require as HRIS Analyst? 3 years experience in people analytics with strong knowledge of HR systems and processes. Advanced Excel, Workday reporting (essential), and Power BI skills; exposure to Workday Prism, SQL, or Power Automate is highly desirable. Highly analytical and detail-focused, with a strong emphasis on data quality and governance. Organised, commercially minded, and able to manage priorities independently.
