Community Support Co-Ordinator, Bracknell

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in sales and client support within a growing, dynamic team. If you enjoy engaging with clients, working in a commercial environment, and are eager to learn and grow, this position could be a perfect fit!


About the opportunity:

We seek a proactive and ambitious individual to join us as a Community Support Co-ordinator. You will work closely with our existing client base to drive sales through upselling and cross-selling, while providing excellent support to our customers. This role provides hands-on experience with our online platform and opportunities to develop your sales and client relationship skills.


Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
* Support the customer service desk by assisting clients with inquiries.
* Manage merchandise, ensuring stock levels are maintained and products are dispatched as needed.
* Communicate with clients via phone, email, and meetings, including occasional face-to-face interactions at events.
* Learn our online platform through one-to-one training with your line manager.
* Develop your sales and commercial skills with ongoing support and mentorship.


About you:

* Prior sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
* A relevant degree is preferred, but we value the right skills and mindset.
* A self-starter eager to learn and take responsibility from day one.
* Strong communication skills across phone, meetings, and email.
* Organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing merchandise and support tasks.
* Ambition and drive to grow within our business.


What we offer:

* Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on experience).
* Holiday: 33 days including bank holidays.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
