A Day in the Life at Hazel
As a Food & Beverage Associate, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming guests warmly and providing attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
* Serving breakfast or dinner in our relaxed, stylish restaurant environment.
* Serving and making hot/cold beverages from bar
* Preparing the restaurant for service, including setup, restocking, and closing duties.
* Taking orders accurately and confidently offering menu recommendations.
* Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas.
* Working as part of a close-knit team to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy shifts.
* Supporting with buffet service, barista coffee making, and drinks service as required.
* Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and guest satisfaction at all times.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous hospitality, restaurant, bar, or customer service experience is ideal – but not essential.
* A friendly, professional attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
* Willingness and availability to work early mornings (7AM starts) and/or evenings.
* Strong team spirit with the ability to stay calm and focused during busy times.
* A passion for food, drink, and creating positive guest interactions.
* Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to meet business needs.
