Job Description
We're on the hunt for an Engineering Team Leader at Valeo Foods UK. Based in vibrant Gateshead, you'll be at the heart of where the magic happens - creating delightful treats loved by many.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain planned and predictive maintenance programs
* Manage our CMMS and work request systems with precision and diligence
* Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and manage PPM schedules
* Communicate maintenance plans effectively across departments
* Champion condition-based maintenance initiatives for enhanced reliability
* Analyze maintenance records and reports to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
* Effective leadership skills
* Understanding of engineering compliance requirements
* Health & Safety driven
* H&S/FMCG experience
* Good IT Skill
* Recognized qualification in engineering and management
* Experience in building high-performing teams
* Sound commercial skills with stakeholder interaction
