This is a dynamic, fast-evolving contract with real scope to elevate standards across staff dining while developing a much larger, more ambitious hospitality operation! You’ll lead an established team of around 40 colleagues and play a key role in shaping the operation as it expands into new buildings. As the site grows, you’ll help develop and recruit an enhanced leadership structure, ensuring the operation is set up for future success.
