This role offers the opportunity to lead both strategy and people, taking ownership of key client accounts while mentoring a small team. With a strong focus on progression, you will play a pivotal role in shaping performance strategy, influencing client success, and advancing towards senior leadership positions as the business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead paid media strategy and execution across Meta and TikTok for key client accounts
* Manage and develop a small team, providing guidance, feedback, and performance support
* Own client relationships, including reporting, strategy calls, and performance reviews
* Identify performance gaps and implement testing and optimisation strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive full-funnel growth
Essential Experience:
* 3+ years managing Meta and TikTok campaigns for D2C eCommerce brands
* Proven experience managing or mentoring junior team members
* Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, KPIs, and Shopify ecosystems
* Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets across multiple accounts
* Proficiency with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics tools
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000
